Below is a program evaluation report that I composed for a client, John McNaught, who directs one of the annual signature events of the Virginia Department of Education called the I'm Determined Youth Summit, designed for middle and high school students with disabilities.  Also below is an article critique which assesses Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, by contrasting it to other evaluation models.
