• Honored the non-disclosure agreement by maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding the development of a game, called Zya
• Modeled 3D objects and animated cameras to be used in Zya, an interactive music creation game which is due for release in 2013
• Collaborated on a daily basis with audio, animation, marketing, and executive teams to brainstorm ideas, conceptualize characters, determine technical parameters and feasibility, design and improve user interactivity with the game being developed
• Further developed design skills in Photoshop, Maya, and Illustrator

• Analyzed the recently conducted needs assessment, and determined that current orientation process was insufficiently preparing new hires, as it provided them with ambiguous and inconsistent information, causing each administrative personnel member to spend roughly 10 hours per semester orienting new hires individually and answering calls to address questions from new hires
• Developed objectives and instructional prototype, then introduced both to stakeholders and received constructive feedback
• Guided by the ADDIE framework, learning theories, and instructional theories, currently crafting an interactive, multimedia online orientation module using Articulate Storyline, with customizable avatars and non-linear, user-driven interactivity, transforming onboarding process
• Forecast the following impact for the Health Center pending deployment of module in Fall 2013: 1) an estimated annual savings of 70 combined work hours and between $1400 and $2100 (time and funding that is annually dedicated to new hire orientation tasks,) 2) a shift from non-essential to essential job activity, 3) increased productivity and efficiency among administrative personnel, and 4) improved satisfaction and retention of relevant orientation information among new hires
